Senior Management at main board level experience
- Extensive experience at director or senior management in large national and medium sized organisations.
- Extensive experience leading teams to deliver up to £70m pa turnover and individual projects in excess of £65m
- Use of modern risk management tools to brainstorm, allocate and quantify probability in general business or individual construction projects
Business and project planning
- Extensive experience in the preparation of full business plans for large national and medium sized regional organisations
- Extensive experience in developing Project Execution Plans (PEP’s)
Public Sector and Housing Associations
- Experience of bidding and delivering health, education, housing, custodial, care homes and large scale regeneration projects for private and public sector clients.
- Experience delivering housing and large scale refurbishment projects for Housing Associations, including managing detailed tenant and stakeholder consultation programmes.
- Experience working as advisors to Housing Associations
- Bidding and delivering large scale PFI regeneration programmes
- Bidding and delivering large scale PFI care home facilities
- Experience advising organisations on all matters on an ongoing basis.
- Experience in working with private developers from inception to completion of projects including Industrial, commercial and housing programmes

- Working with local authorities and partners to effectively plan, develop and deliver large scale inner city regeneration projects.
Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Control
- Business and project planning, CPA.

Environmental and sustainability including BREEAM and Code for sustainable homes
- Experience achieving BREEAM.
