Private and Public Sector Clients
Interim Management
We provide interim management services to companies in order to achieve specific objectives. Qualified and experienced personnel will manage a project or company/ department, providing expertise, managing change/ transition and fulfilling management responsibilities. We work within and become part of that organisation and are responsible for implementing change, rather than merely advising on how an organisation should manage change.
Turnaround Management/ business recovery
We work with business owners, banks and lending institutions to implement actions that are required to save organisations from business failure and return them to operational normality and financial solvency. Our resources provide strong leadership to restructure and to resource plan organisations to revitalise them. This includes medium and long term programmes to suit any sized organisation.
Project and Construction management.
These services include managing the whole construction process for public or private sector clients including advice on procurement, selection of designers, commercial resources, key supply chain members and managing the full turnkey process.
Employers Agent/Quantity Surveying.
Aimed at developers, public authority departments and educational establishments these services include managing the whole construction process for clients including advice of design, commercial management and contract procurement for all construction related work.
Business Planning
We work with large, medium and small contractors in developing ongoing business plans. We are experienced at trend analysis and the threats and opportunities that the construction market offers over the short, medium and long term. We are able to measure each organisations strengths and weaknesses and how each organization may take advantage of each market sector. The service also looks at how each organisation can manage both cost and value to maximise its efficiency.
Human Resource Management
We work with large, small/ medium sized companies to maximise organisational integration, employee commitment, flexibility and quality of work. This gives organisations competitive advantage, creating value added and cost savings.
Non-Executive Directorships
We work with organisations in the Private and Public sectors. Public Sector Clients include Housing Associations and Health Authorities and the like. Private Sector Clients are viewed as large, medium/ small enterprises. We are involved in governance, planning and policy making and challenge the performance of executive directors and senior staff, bringing extensive knowledge to the organisation with a view to adding value to the enterprise and its stakeholders.
Training and mentoring
We work with organisations in the Public and Private Sectors and develop and implement training systems for all levels of staff and provide extensive management and commercial ability and can either facilitate training sessions for groups or can be assigned to act as an advisor, counsellor or guide to less experienced individuals. We also provide ongoing feedback and support on individuals and groups.
