What We Do
Initially PFM Management Solutions serviced Interim Director resource's to the Construction industry where we have had extensive experience in all forms of contract and all market sectors but have, over a period of time, broadened their approach to cover the following:
The provision of Interim Director resources- mainly construction related.
The Provision of General Management Consultancy services.
The Provision of Individual Coaching services.

A 3 year Consultancy agreement for the provision of high level Management and Commercial inputs into a North West based business.
A Coaching agreement with a Managing Director of a Property developer.
A 5 year Interim Director role for a National Housebuilder.
The Coaching, Mentoring and Upskilling of individuals to fulfil Director roles.
An extended Interim Director role for a North West based business.
Extended Interim Director Roles in Birmingham an Bristol.
Consultancy agreements with 2 individual clients to oversee the completion of distressed projects one in Manchester and one in London.

We work regularly with SME's and recognise that, at times, these businesses are unable to secure all the internal resources they need until they reach an efficient size, they can also be lonely and stressful places for the owners. We are able to provide our additional experience and support that they require during their period of growth. This is provided by either by coaching, additional resource or a blend of both.
We work together as teams to work in partnership in the most effective ways considering all constraints including social, technical and commercial issues.
FEES:
We provide bespoke options to our clients depending on the type and duration of commissions. The type and duration can be agreed at the outset following initial discussions to determine a brief. Typically these would be as follows:
An agreed day rate either including or excluding disbursements.
A fixed price fee agreement including disbursement's.
An agreed cost per month for a fixed duration (This suits coaching services).
Bespoke agreements to suit special considerations.
Contracts are generally through a simple contract of engagement to suit both parties.
